PAGASA: Frontal System to bring rains in parts of Luzon on Sunday

Parts of northern and central Luzon will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms due to a frontal system, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 am bulletin Sunday, April 30, PAGASA said these skies will be experienced over Cagayan Valley and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.

The rest of the country meanwhile will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Northern and Central Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas. — DOST-PAGASA
