    Status: Contract of Service
    Place of Assignment: DILG IV-A Regional Office
    Salary Grade: 16 (P28,417.00/month)


    Preferred Qualifications/Competencies

    • At least one (1) year relevant work experience managing programs or projects relative to local governments
    • Preferably with a Bachelor of Laws degree, or a Master’s Degree relevant to the job
    • Must have working knowledge of the law
    • Must have good leadership skills
    • Must have above average analytical, oral and written communication skills
    • Must have the ability to deliver results under pressure
    • Must have the ability to work well in diverse range of stakeholders at local and national levels


    Job Summary

    • Take the lead in the overall planning, organizing, and coordination for program implementation of the Capacity Enhancement for PLEBs in the regional level with focus on training, provision of technical assistance, and monitoring and evaluation of PLEBs
    • Ensure that the financial and manpower resources are managed in the most efficient and effective manner towards accomplishing the objectives of the program
    • Ensure the provision of technical assistance to plebs through trainings, conferences, and seminars
    • Oversee the performance and the carrying-out of the functions of the PLEB Project Management Office
